Local Pick-Up (West Sacramento) - $0
Curbside pick-up at our local home studio in West Sacramento, CA. Contactless pick-up also available. When arrived, please call or text us at 916-399-3013. At this point, you can request contactless pick-up if that is your preferred method and we'll place your order on the porch for you to pick up. Otherwise, we'll bring your order out to your car.
Pick-up address will be provided in order confirmation email.
Local Delivery (Greater Sacramento) - $15
Delivery only limited to Greater Sacramento region. Normal delivery made between 11am-6pm PST.
**If a specific delivery time is requested or changes need to be made, we will try our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee.
At time of delivery, if there is no answer, we’ll place the order in a safe area if weather is suitable. If weather is unsuitable, we’ll call or text the phone number on file to notify Sender/Recipient for the option to leave the order in the safest place possible or to bring back to our studio for next day delivery at an additional charge. If no response is received from the Sender/Recipient in a timely manner, we’ll automatically schedule for next day delivery at an additional charge.
If place of delivery is apartment, condo, hotel, business or any of the sort, the order will be left with the front office or concierge if delivery directly to recipient/recipient's door is not possible or weather is unsuitable.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping or delivery outside of Greater Sacramento at the moment.
Return requests must be made within 24 hours after pick-up or delivery and are for quality purposes only. Any return requests made after 24 hours of pick-up/delivery will not be accepted. To start a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number & reason(s) for the return along with photos of the item(s) in question. Once approved, it may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
Order cancellations can be made as long as the order has not been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, we cannot cancel the order. To cancel an order, please email us at email@example.com with your order number.
